Brenda Moody WhineryBrenda Moody Whinery joined Mesch, Clark & Rothschild’s Bankruptcy Section in 2002 after serving as the U.S. Trustee for the District of Arizona, and Acting U.S. Trustee for New Mexico, the Southern District of California, Hawaii, Guam and the northern Mariana Islands. Prior to that appointment, she was in private practice in Phoenix for twelve years.
