Brenda Moody Whinery joined Mesch, Clark & Rothschild’s Bankruptcy Section in 2002 after serving as the U.S. Trustee for the District of Arizona, and Acting U.S. Trustee for New Mexico, the Southern District of California, Hawaii, Guam and the northern Mariana Islands. Prior to that appointment, she was in private practice in Phoenix for twelve years. Mark Rubin joined Mesch Clark & Rothschild in January 2010. He received his BA from Beloit College and his JD from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Mark has been in private practice since 1981 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U. S.
