Sara C. Derrick

Sara C. Derrick joined Mesch, Clark & Rothschild as a law clerk in 2000 and became an Associate of the firm in 2002 after she received her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law.  She also received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Arizona.

Sara is an Associate in the firm’s Business Section where she focuses on corporate, employment, Real Estate and estate planning matters.  She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pima County Bar and a volunteer for the bar association’s Volunteer Lawyer’s Program. 

After Sara completed her undergraduate degree, she moved to London and spent a year working on the London Futures and Options Exchange trading floor.  She returned to her native Chicago and worked for a health care organization for two years before she entered law school.

Sara, who is a marathon runner, works out in her spare time, walks her dog and reads.
